CHAPTER II
THE STORM
GOES AROUND
HER.
Lightning hits the ridge behind her and she doesn't blink. Rain comes down in silver lines. She turns her head, looks at it, and keeps standing exactly where she was.

Horns out. Hands up.
Never explains.
PLATE 01 — THE SHRUG
CHAPTER I
Half woman, half bull, zero interest in your thesis. She walked out of a black mountain storm with her hands already up — not surrendering, just shrugging.
Red candle? Shrug. Green candle? Shrug. The horns don't move. The smirk doesn't move. That's the whole philosophy, and it has never been wrong for long.
CHAPTER II
Lightning hits the ridge behind her and she doesn't blink. Rain comes down in silver lines. She turns her head, looks at it, and keeps standing exactly where she was.
CHAPTER III
Four hooves, full gallop, black rock splitting under her. The shrug is not laziness. It's a resting state. Ask anyone who was standing in front of her.
CHAPTER IV
Clouds somewhere far below. Nothing above but weather. She gets to the peak, looks around, puts her hands out, and says nothing at all.
CHAPTER V
She has a full emotional range. This is all of it.
CHAPTER VI
Nothing else to add.
